Committees & Descriptions
Admissions
Handle ticket sales; Assist with checking for proper admission credentials; administer “will-call” for tickets that have been left for future pick-up; distribute pairing sheets and provide general information to all spectators.Estimate 10 volunteers.

Child Care
Provide on-site child care for Nationwide Tour Players and Families during tournament week.Estimate 6 volunteers.

Driving Range
Provide Gallery Control and regulate access to and from the tee for players, caddies and tournament officials. Maintain a neat and orderly area on the tee. Assist Caddies and tour players with snacks and beverages from the Driving Range Tent. Active.Estimate 20 volunteers.

Ecology
Assist with the placement of trash cans and trash bags pre-tournament. Monitor trash throughout golf course, hospitality areas and volunteer areas during the tournament week. Change out trash bags and dispose of trash as needed.Estimate 10 volunteers.

Hospitality
Provide assistance and information to corporate sponsor clients. Ensure that only properly credentialed clients are allowed in private skybox / hospitality and bleacher areas.Estimate 30 volunteers.

Locker Room
Welcome players to the tournament and provide assistance with general information, like a hotel concierge would (shoe shine, chiropractic, dry cleaning, massage, directions, recommendations on restaurants, etc.).Estimate 12 volunteers.

Marshals
Provide: 1. Ball Spotting. 2. Gallery Control of Spectators. This position requires knowledge of golf. On-Course Active Position.Estimate 100 volunteers.

Parking
Assist with carrying out the parking plan for Spectators, Players, Caddies, VIP's and Volunteers.Estimate 30 volunteers.

Pro-Am Tournament
Assist Pro-Am Amateurs at the Bag Drop, Registration, Breakfast Set-Up, Shuttle to and from Driving Range and Distribution of Tee Gifts.Estimate 20 volunteers.

Registration
Process check-in of all tour players at the registration area and distribute tournament information.Estimate 6 volunteers.

Scoring Central
Input via computer players scores from the palm pilots to the internet site. Computer experience required.Estimate 6 volunteers.

Scoring Runners
Deliver scorecards from the official scoring tents to the PGA Tour Truck and Leader Board.Estimate 15 volunteers.

Security
Control access into the Golf Clubhouse (main front door; locker room; grill room; media center)Estimate 20 volunteers.

Standard Bearers
To accompany each group of tour professionals by carrying a sign inside the ropes during play and display their scores in relation to par on a cumulative basis. Must be able to carry the standard (6-7 lbs.) for 18 holes.Estimate 30 volunteers.

Transportation
On-Site golf cart transportation of Player parking; VIP parking; Spectator Admissions Drop Off; Volunteer parking. Implement Golf Course Player & Caddy Evacuation Plan as necessary.Estimate 25 volunteers.
April 16 thru 20 – 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Volunteer Headquarters & Staging
Manage volunteer check-in and distribution of volunteer food and beverage. Oversee general operations of the volunteer headquarters including food & beverage set-up; shift changes, and volunteer “no-shows”, fill-in as needed anywhere.Estimate 20 volunteers.

Walking Scorers
To record the scores and statistics of play on a palm pilot during the competitive rounds. Golf knowledge required and must be able to walk 18 holes.Estimate 100 volunteers.
