“Official” Tournament Status
“Official” designations are almost unlimited, however, there will always be only one “Official” designation in each category. In certain cases, donated product would warrant this designation. Your company would be entitled to the following marketing and ticket package:
- Three (3) 3’ x 5’ banners with company name and logo for all tournament days
- Scrolling recognition on all six electronic leader boards
- Recognition on the tournament’s official web site www.arfcgolf.org, including a direct link to your company’s web site
- 10 weeklong admission clubhouse badges
- 100 daily admission grounds tickets
- 2 weeklong VIP parking passes
Official Beer
The Official Beer Sponsor will receive exclusive pouring rights to all brands of beer to be served at all beverage locations during tournament week. Your company name will be featured on beverage locations throughout the course as well as signage at the clubhouse and corporate hospitality skyboxes and tents.
Official Wine
The Official Wine Sponsor will receive exclusive pouring rights to all brands of wine to be served at all beverage locations during tournament week. Your company name will be featured on beverage locations throughout the course as well as signage at the clubhouse and corporate hospitality skyboxes and tents.
Official Soft Drink
The Official Soft Drink will receive exclusive pouring rights to all brands of soft drinks to be served at all beverage locations during tournament week. Your company name will be featured on beverage locations throughout the course as well as signage at the clubhouse and corporate hospitality skyboxes and tents.
Official Sports Drink
The Official Beer Sponsor will receive exclusive pouring rights to all brands of beer to be served at all beverage locations during tournament week. Your company name will be featured on beverage locations throughout the course as well as signage at the clubhouse and corporate hospitality skyboxes and tents.
Official Bottled Water
The Official Bottled Water will receive exclusive pouring rights to all brands of soft drinks to be served at all beverage locations during tournament week. Your company name will be featured on beverage locations throughout the course as well as signage at the clubhouse and corporate hospitality skyboxes and tents.
Official Hotel
As the Official Hotel you will be the only hotel included in all pre-tournament offerings to players, families, staff, media and caddies. Your property will be exclusively featured in the advanced player information packet and here on the official tournament web site. You will also receive signage at the clubhouse.
Official Vehicle
As the Official Vehicle you will be the only vehicle displayed at the driving range, 1st tee, 10th tee and 18th green. Your vehicles will be exclusively featured in the volunteer handbook and here on the official tournament web site. You will also receive signage at the clubhouse.
